Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Midnight Shift ("we", "us", "our"), a service operated in association with Midnight Strategies SG, is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data through this website and our services.
1. Data we collect
From website visitors
- Enquiry details you choose to send us — such as your name, mobile number, role and message when you use our demo request form. Note: our form does not store data on this website; it opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app that you review and send yourself.
- Basic technical data — standard server or hosting logs (such as IP address and pages requested) used for security and site operation.
From clients using our services
- Client account details — your business contact information and service preferences.
- Lead data you entrust to us — contact details and enquiry context of your leads, which we process on your behalf and under your instructions to deliver calling, qualification, CRM and appointment services. Our handling of lead data is described in detail on our DNC & Data Handling page.
2. How we use personal data
- To respond to your enquiries and arrange demos and consultations
- To deliver the services clients engage us for — telemarketing, CRM management, lead qualification, appointment setting and follow-up
- To operate, secure and improve this website
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including PDPA and Do Not Call (DNC) provisions
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share one client's lead data with any other client or third party for their own marketing.
- We do not use client lead databases for any purpose other than delivering the engaged services.
4. Disclosure
Personal data may be disclosed only: (a) to service providers who support our operations (such as hosting and communication platforms) under appropriate safeguards; (b) where required by law or lawful request; or (c) with your consent.
5. Protection and retention
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data, including access controls and staff confidentiality obligations. Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Client lead data is returned or deleted on request at the end of an engagement.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use. If you are a lead who was contacted through our service on behalf of a client, we will also route your request to the relevant client, who controls that data.
7. Cookies
This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies of its own. If analytics or advertising tools are added in future, this policy and any required notices will be updated first.
8. Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact our data protection contact at admin@midnightshift.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time as required under the PDPA.
9. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
